SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Scent Theory. We want to make sure your fragrance arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@thescenttheory.net with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
